Spanning over 320 Acres of land, Project is envisioned to comprise two distinct areas; Affordable Apartment Housing and Private Housing Scheme. The former component of the project comprising about 6500 Affordable Apartments shall be developed on Built-Transfer basis by a Private Developer. Private Housing component is envisaged to have various residential products (varying sizes of villas, apartments) along with commercial precincts having malls, souk market, arcade retail, café street and other related functions.
The Project shall be complemented with public amenities such as schools, colleges, hospital, healthcare, day care centers, club houses, community centers, parks, sports complex, mosques and other communal facilities.
